This new insurance card holder kit includes the stock "what to do at a scene of an accident" information printed on top of your custom logo or copy on the cover. Also included inside is the Accident Report Form which helps you to collect the information needed from the parties involved in an accident as well as an Accident Diagram Map for efficient insurance reporting. Insurance card opens on the long side and makes inserting the accident report form easier. Also available in Special Copy-Guard Vinyl (See Item #803LICCG)

We have a large selection of foil colors available for your hot-stamped imprint. Gold and Silver are the most popular and recommended colors. Please note that we are limited to the shown available industry foils and cannot match a PMS color via the hot stamping method. We will however try to match your color as close as possible from our foil color stock. If PMS color matching is required, we recommend you ask for a silk-screened quote (note extra charges might apply)
