This item number has changed to item # 218. Item #218 is a little wider and shorter than the item #819. Item #218 size is 4” X 2-5/16” and the old item #819 was 4-1/4” x 2-1/4.”
The Royal conversion insert is the same style ID card but the look will be different than the old DLX item. The conversion item has the ID card inserted into the luggage tag.
